One of the questions was "can (you) give me a "sample" grocery list of what to buy?"
I thought this would be a great blog post so I asked my amazing and hyper-organized wife for a copy of our grocery list. We buy our groceries from several places (including the local farmers market) - The Natural Grocers, Sam's and a local ranch - Paidome Meat. The reason for this is because some foods don't necessarily HAVE to be organic to be healthy and some foods MUST be organic so we can avoid the "Dirty Dozen."

Now I know that some of my fellow "clean-food movement" friends will read this and post a comment like "You really should buy organic salmon because..." or "Even the shampoo you are putting on your hair has chemicals that can cause health problems." My wife and I have to find a balance in our budget and this is where we've drawn the line currently.
That's not to say that I may find a study on salmon in the future and not only change but write a blog post about it :)
